Call information passively achieved via D-Ch, CTI, SMDR, Dedicated Recording Interface would not be the only resource of Data Mining for call center or CRM, with CL Agent ™, you can actively insert your own data into database according to business type, more than that, you are able to control recording dedicated to what it is need to be.
